The Dayton Fire Department prides itself on being a highly professional organization. Our committed personnel provide outstanding emergency and non-emergency services city-wide as well as regionally, including: fire suppression, hazardous material mitigation, rescue operations, apparatus and facility maintenance, fire prevention and investigations, automatic mutual aid response to other jurisdictions, communication processes and emergency medical care and transportation.

Almost invariably, the citizens of Dayton recognize and appreciate our efforts.  The Dayton Fire Department consistently achieves a satisfaction rating of greater than 94 percent in a bi-annual survey. The citizens of Dayton continue to place their trust in us on a daily basis and are extremely satisfied with the results.
