Dayton's zoning map has been updated in conjunction with the rewriting of the Zoning Code, effective August 1, 2006 and last amended on July 29, 2015. This map is a representation of the Official Zoning Map for the use of the City of Dayton's customers and citizens. The map illustrates the various zoning district boundaries and overlay districts within the corporate limits of the city. The map was last revised on February 24, 2016.

City of Dayton Zoning Code (5.1 MB): This is the City's Zoning Ordinance. This document regulates how land can be used in the City of Dayton and explains development standards that businesses must follow.
Appendix A Schedule of Thoroughfares and Setbacks from the Centerline (85 KB): This document is an appendix to the Zoning Map and the right-of-way widths from the centerline for City of Dayton streets.
