By October 30, 2023, The City of Dayton will apply for funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s PRO Housing grant program.

We welcome public comments on our application.

The application materials below represent our application, subject to change based on public input and further refinement/editing.

The application was posted on October 6, 2023. We are accepting comments through October 25, 2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Also in accordance with the NOFO, there are three opportunities (one is required) for input at public hearings for this application:

Tuesday, October 10, 2023 – 4:30 p.m.

City of Dayton Plan Board: 101 West Third Street (City Hall) Planning Resource Room (Mezzanine Level)

Monday, October 23, 2023 – 6:00 p.m.

Public Hearing for this PRO Housing application. This will be the only item on the agenda. It will be held remotely, via Zoom, or one may attend in person at City Hall, 101 West Third Street.
