Green Debris

Residents, neighborhood groups and community organizations can dispose of green debris (leaves, branches, grass clippings, tree limbs, etc.). Debris does not have to be bagged, bundled or sorted. There is no charge for the drop-off service.

Normal Hours:
July 1st - last Monday in October
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Leaf Season Hours:
Last Monday in October thru 2nd week of December
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Normal Hours:
2nd week of December thru February
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

No trash, recyclables, plastic bags or bulky waste items are accepted. Leaves and green debris only, please.

Please Note

*During the Governor’s stay-at-home order the Wagner Ford Landfill will be closed on Saturday and only operate on weekdays.

As of July 31, 2019, commercial trucks will not be permitted to dispose of woody and brush debris at the Wagner Ford Landfill. Only city of Dayton residents will be permitted to dispose of woody, brush and leaves at the Wagner Ford Landfill. Residents must present their valid driver license indicating a Dayton address.
