Bsi Online Logo

The City of Dayton is pleased to announce that the backflow prevention tracking program has transitioned to BSI Online, a nationally recognized system for managing backflow device testing and compliance. This change will help streamline communication between the City of Dayton, property owners, and licensed testers, ensuring a more efficient and secure way to track annual testing and maintain compliance with state and local regulations.

What This Means for Property Owners and Testers:

  • All existing backflow device records have been transferred to BSI Online.
  • Property owners will receive annual test due notifications directly from BSI.
  • Licensed testers will submit test reports electronically through the BSI Online portal.

Next Steps:

  • Property owners should follow the instructions in the upcoming BSI notification letter to schedule annual backflow testing with a certified tester.
  • Testers should register with BSI Online at https://www.bsionlinetracking.com to begin submitting test reports.
