Please note that weddings are conducted only on the second and fourth Friday of each month 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Weddings are held in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall (101 W. Third Street). A fee of $50 is required for any wedding ceremonies performed by the Mayor's Office. Wedding fees must be paid by a credit card, cash, certified check or money order made payable to the City of Dayton a week in advance in order to secure the reservation.
You must bring your original marriage license and have two witnesses present at the ceremony. If you do not have two witnesses, we can provide them.
