The City of Dayton’s Community Development Division under the Planning, Neighborhoods, and Development Department announces a competitive process every 2 years through a NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity).   • Grant periods DO NOT begin until the Environmental Reviews are complete; Subrecipient Agreements are signed and executed; and a Letter to Proceed is provided.
  • Once the grant period has started, funds are ONLY for reimbursement. Upfront costs and backdating are strictly prohibited. Activities completed prior to the start of the grant period will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
