The City of Dayton has over 20 active HOME projects in affordability and over 5 projects in varying stages of development. When prior projects require amendments, changes, or review, additional documentation and staff time must be shifted to accommodate the request. To ensure staff receive all necessary documentation and can provide service to all partners, owners and developers of existing HOME projects must submit their request through the HOME Queue Submission Form. This will add the request to our list of existing HOME tasks and ensure both old and new HOME projects receive assistance and guidance in a timely manner.
