Get Recovery Options Working (GROW) is a coordinated, multidisciplinary mobile crisis response team that includes Dayton Police Department, Dayton Fire Department EMTs, and a certified peer supporter. People struggling with addiction and their families can receive treatment options, support services, overdose prevention education, and community outreach through the program.

Recovery

Individuals struggling with addiction are engaged by our team and linked to appropriate treatment or resources. By building trust with our community members, we are able to provide further resources to those in need. Our goal is to help individuals down a path of healthy recovery.

Education and Training

Our team is dedicated to empowering individuals dealing with addiction through education and training. We strive to eradicate the negative stigma associated with addiction by engaging with the community and providing essential resources to promote recovery.

We offer Narcan training and distribution to community members, along with other supportive resources aimed at encouraging a safe and healthy path towards recovery. We also provide resources to family and friends of those struggling with addiction to help them navigate the challenges of supporting their loved ones.
