R.C.G.O. - 50.20 Ordinance No. 24314 - 07/05/72

Purpose

Shall have the authority, upon the request of the Superintendent of Water Revenue, to modify, in whole or in part, any charges for sewer or water service, including penalties or interest assessed thereon. Additionally, may authorize the Superintendent of Water Revenue to accept partial payments for a period in excess of the time allowed for the payment of water or sewer charges.
