Purpose

To study, formulate and develop plans to set in motion a program for an active mutual exchange between the City and the cities of Augsburg, Germany; Oiso, Japan; Monrovia, Liberia; Holon, Israel; Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovinia; and such additional foreign city or cities as may from time to time be approved by the Commission, in carrying out programs of mutual interest in international friendship and understanding.

At least 15 and no more than 30 members for three year terms. Members of the Commission and Clerk are ex-officio members. Clerk is the Liaison Officer.

Term Length

Three Years, except that the term of an official or employee of the city shall continue so long as the person is in the position
