Purpose

To hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders issued pursuant to O.R.C. 3781.031 and concerning the enforcement of O.R.C. Chapters 3781 and 3791 and any rules adopted pursuant thereto.

Members shall consist of an attorney at law, a registered architect, a registered structural engineer, a registered mechanical engineer, and an organized labor representative. The Chief Building Official shall serve as the Secretary
