Purpose

For the monies that are allocated and deposited into a fund created by the City of Dayton that shall be used to primarily benefit the growth and development of West Dayton.

Appointment

City Commission And West Priority Land Use Board

Makeup

7 voting member; 1 financial institution representative, Director of Economic Development, Director of Planning and Community Development, 2 representatives appointed by the West Priority Land Use Committee, 2 representatives with business based leadership experience with knowledge of the needs of the West Dayton community.

Term Length

The financial institution representative and business representative shall serve for a three year term commencing on the date of the appointment by Commission and renewable for additional terms at the discretion of the Commission; term for all other members shall be for a period he/she remain an employee or official of the City in the position.

7 voting members: 1 financial institution representative who shall be a person from a financial institution with knowledge of the needs of the West Dayton community, The City of Dayton Director of Economic Development or designee, The City of Dayton Director of Planning & Community Development or designee, two representatives appointed by the West Priority Land Use Committee; and two representatives with business based leadership experience with knowledge of the needs of the West Dayton community.
